Recently, Caleb had 3 projects on display at the 2007 Prague Quadrennial in the United States student exhibition. Included in the UCSD display section were his class project designs for Charles Mee's Orestes 2.0, Galileo by Brecht, and his realized design for Blood Wedding by Lorca.
Caleb received his BA from the University of Michigan designing 2 productions there, After A Fashion, created and directed by performance artist Holly Hughes, and The Imaginary Invalid, directed by Malcolm Tulip. Caleb has also had the opportunity to assist several wonderful designers including Rachel Hauck on the La Jolla Playhouse/Berkeley Rep production of Mother Courage and Her Children, directed by Lisa Peterson.

In 2007, Caleb Levengood received his MFA in scenic design from the University of California - San Diego. While at UCSD, he had the opportunity to design 7 different produced plays and a cabaret production. Among these opportunities was the 2007 Quinn-Martin production of Good Breeding written and directed by Obie Award winning playwright/director Robert O'Hara. Other productions include The Love of the Nightingale, Blood Wedding, and several world premieres by UCSD's graduate playwrights. Graduate school also gave Caleb an opportunity to be a teaching assistant for undergraduate classes each academic quarter while in school. Classes include Introduction to Design, Advanced Scenic Design, and Theatre Practicum. Just after Grad school, Caleb was full instructor for a quarter of Introduction to Design.
